Welcome to the 22nd Raritan River Music Festival! This year the Raritan River Music Festival begins its third decade of presenting in concert many of the world’s most acclaimed musicians performing in the beautiful, picturesque settings of intimate, historic venues in Western New Jersey . Concerts will feature world premieres of new music, the tango throughout its history, 1,000 years of vocal chamber music, and one of the hottest young violinists on tour today. All audience members are invited to a reception to meet the performers following each concert.
Raritan River Music serves the community through music presentation, creation, and programs of educational, therapeutic, and cultural enrichment—to date, over 500 presentations to over 50,000 residents, plus millions more through media and Internet broadcasts.
Raritan River Music has received awards and recognition for its innovative programs from The Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey , Chamber Music America , and The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (recipient of the 1999 National ASCAP-Chamber Music America Award for Adventurous Programming).
